Like the Renaissance in the fifteenth century upset the art and culture of the time,
DanSi turns the concept of cuisine upside down.

All our dishes are the result of a refined combination of flavors, aromas and colors, starting from the big and versatile baggage represented by the Tuscan tradition.

 

In our kitchen and on the Food Truck, we prepare refined dishes for every type of event: we have different style of service and food, according to your needs.

The Kitchen

Seasonal dishes from our region.

An idea of ​​creative catering that is related to the search for the best ingredients. The dishes are made with seasonal and organic food, selected by the Chefs, preferring the Tuscan one.

 

Vegetables and fruit bought at the local market, Tuscan meat from best italian farms, our handmade pasta, sauces and breads: these are the bases that make the difference.

Seasonality and quality of the ingredients.

The selection of ingredients supports local and certified food supplier and local markets,  through the choice of best products.

 

This is why our fresh pasta is made with organic eggs and organic flours, meat and fish come directly from the best local suppliers, dairy products come from the most renowned production areas, while vegetables are chosen from the Florence’s market . The extra virgin olive oil that is used for the “raw” preparations is produced in the Florentine hills, cold pressed.

 

We buy our fresh ingredients to process them directly in our kitchen  lab, without using industrial or pre-packaged food. Finally, for environmental sustainability we use plastic free dishes/cups, for informal services.
